See if there's anyone close that'll take you out in a vmaxx's car.

You need to find the pcd (bolt spacing basically) and the offset for the wheels before buying.

Can see your point, horses for courses imo. In all honesty, all though the 172 would pull away on any road, as would the trophy, neither were as much pure fun as my rallye. Shame it was a shed, had it not been shoddy i'd probably still be driving it today. Rattly, noisey, oversteery fun.

AST's are £800ish 2nd hand. H&R's can be had used for about £500. If you're not going near a track I'd go for H&R's.
