10 minute job Guy. yours will be even easier due to you FBW throttle. 6 x 10mm bolts for the manifold. 4 x 10mm bolts for the coil pack. Unplug all the hoses and sensors that are on the manifold. Lift her off. Be careful of the gasket at the bottom of the 'tubes' ...it's metal and if you...

yeah, i took the manifold off and got it in the kitchen. just looking at it was almost enough for me to turn around and put it back on! i guess the hardest part is over now anyways ie. getting rid of the textured surface. :)

thanks guy! yeah, i had to stop because i needed the car...as my hands were dead. :( yeah, the fuel rail guard is next on the list, i might do this during the week as i could drive the car without it. Sparco strut brace and strut covers on order too. :) Chris
