    Don't need them for lowering? Only if putting standard springs back on and then that only depends how manly you are lol.

    Did mine without them and i've never lowered any car before, but it would have been easier if i did have the compressors though, but i unlowered my car.

    If it's anything like the 172it's easy to change the spring, did mine in about 2 hours, reckon i could do it in less than an hour now and never done anything like it before.

    lol, mine also has a tinny rattle, but only when reving between 1300-2300 rpm, not at constant revs.

    Thats the thing, it's either put up with it, or knowingly drive a worse car, can't think of anything better for same money to replace it. Oh well, in theory my car should be fine now.

    No it's not a rattle, it's like a a t-rex trying to get out, makes the car shake to.
