ive got phase3 dynamique alloys and an induction kit thats not been declared, was just waiting till i lowered my car then going to declare all 3 at once
front wheels will always wear quicker than the rear ones on a front wheel drive car because the front wheels are dealing with the power and steering, think its probably the same on rear wheel drive cars too, not sure about 4wd?
when my wheel bearings were fuked my tyres were wearing down alot...
looking good matey, even the steelys dont look to bad lol
one question though and this always annoys mem why do people have winter wheels, is the grit on the road bad for alloys?
so if i smash my car and then claim that i had never been told that i had to declair mods im still covered? even if it says somthing about it in the policy documents?
erm you will find this on the direct line website!
If you have other drivers named on your Direct Line policy,
they will earn Named Driver No-Claim Discount in their
own name for every year they are not responsible for a claim
arising on your policy. They can transfer their Named Driver...
its not illegal for me to be on my mums policy on my mums car so i will be covered
direct line do NCB to named drivers and are also the cheapest for me going by there online quote £360 a year but i dont know how they are with mods, anyone with them?
well its her name thats on the V5 so it is her car (has been for the last 3 years just she now has another car) ive got a lot of mates who are on their parents policy and smashed and theres not been a problem. i cant afford to go on my own policy anyway nothing else i can do
hi, getting added onto mums insurance policy and shes letting me mod "her" car if you know what i mean ;)
need an insurance company that will insure me at 17 with suspension lowered 60mm, induction kit, cat back exhaust, colour coding, rear spoiler and optional extra 15" alloys
shes with...
bollox was kinda thinking that because its got the ECU behind the battery now and feels quite a bit different to drive from mine, that could be down to millage though.
ive seen the pics of the 172 lump in the valver too so i can assure you it will fit if you know what your doing, well if your mate does and it sounds like he does!
Induction kit is on a k-tec relocation pipe and it was pulling harder after it was fitted.
mine is at 120,000 miles and hers is at 22,000 miles
so is the 80hp micra engine the same as the renault one? so it will be about 80hp too just renault didnt bother to update specs etc?
what about...
hi, after seing this picture im thinking of removing my centre caps when the cars lowered next week but my bolts are old and rusty so where would i get 16 new shiney wheel bolts :)
cheers
Yellow 182 with CS Stickers and behind it was a trophy think the yellow 182 could have been the 1 that had the cool wheels on it but its got standard 1s now
think you can get the millage corrected, my grandpas starlet speedo went at about 150,000 miles, got replaced and reset to 0 and done another 150,000 aprox, but he had no hastle selling it, infact it was easyer because although he came clean about it the buyer realised they could make money on it.
does anyone know anything about the changes renault made to the intake system on the 1.2 16v engines after 2004?
i notice my mums 05 car has a simmilar noise to mine now that mine has an induction kit fitted(untill 4,500rpm, when mine starts to roar) but hers is the standard air box! hers...
it will probably look MINT in the flesh, i didnt really like the MK3 at all untill i saw a black Dynamique S on the road a couple of days ago and it looks really good in black
thats not the policy ive got now, cars only insured for mum untill i pass my test, with norwich union now i think.
that was just a quote when shoping about that i got the other week, and yes that was no modifications declared, so would be slightly more if i was taking that quote because i...
