Just wondered if it is possible to fit a Mk2 172 wheel and airbag to my Mk1 172? I had a Mk2 172 item on my old Dynamique which i fitted and the connections look the same as i have now on my Mk1 172. Could someone clear this up for me? Chris

i like em tbh. would prefer your Ph2 wheels with the centre caps on though.

that's my old 1.2 16v with the carbon bonnet! looked like a 172. with a carbon bonnet................ hence 'carbon copy' ;)

i'll do them for you if you get the aerosol spray paint and masking tape from halfords. i do a reet good job honest.

pretty easy job if you take the headlight, slam panel out. i also unbolted the engine from its mount and jacked it up a couple of inches. that helped a lot. easy to do, even on your own.

just take the headlight out you poofs.

valver bonnet looks awesome. if a little weird on a Ph3. in a good way though ;) spoiler looks quite nice too. get some full pics up when it's done. nice work.

panels are great! i would just miss the noise from my viper and foglight feed if i didn't have it. plus it's getting colder now, so the car feels ballistic in the cold morning air. lol

my guess would be cold weather. I use Optimax all the time and tend to get around 30-33 on average.
