FK's are what i'm saving for Dan. H&R's are out of my budget at the moment. K-Tec do a pretty good price on them both unless you can better it with a group buy? Think there was one being organised for FK's but it may have come and gone now.

like edde said, standard discs & pads are fine. i have standard discs with pagid fast road pads and they sqeek and rattle until they are up to temp. going to be going back to standard soon. as for the rear discs, try GSF, Yoz or pm mike172sport for better prices than Renault. they come with...

yeah, you need to remove the ecu itself. under the black cover as you say. i think the wiring would run the same way as your loom trunking if fitted correctly.
