    I wouldn't pay any attention to that figure, they pull them out of thin air. I was told mine were 50% worn. The day after new pads/discs were fitted. They just give you a number based on your mileage.

    Most insurers define a years no claims as a year claims free, which is why some companies won't accept no claims gained this way.

    I was under the impression that insurance was a declaration of truth, so you're obliged to tell them anything that could affect the insurance.

    Trophy is so much better to drive. I've had 172's, a 182, Trophy, and the Trophy was better to drive in every respect. And the Recaro's are better than the standard seats.

    Not being harsh, but you can't justify this. Take it on the chin, in the long term (if it changes your driving) this could be a good thing. If someone had been hurt (or killed) you'd be facing jail.

    They can (rarely) go off after the batteries been disconnected, don't take the risk for the sake of undoing one bolt!
