When I download the rar files, I have them all in a list in my "Received" folder (for example). So I have maybe 30 or 40 rar files, all with the same name except for the end (which will be r01, r02 - r30 or something similar) You open up only 1 of those rar files, and then extract the file...

My installer couldnt even be bothered to setup our Sky+ Record/Pause function either. I had to phone Sky 4 times to ask why it wasnt working. 3 Indian guys told me they'd send the settings to the dish which could take 4 hours. I phoned up the next day to complain I still hadnt got them...

How do I do that, James? I noticed the adverts for it but my TV guide shows a red HD icon in the bottom corner, and not the red Anytime icon. Is it the same thing?
