    Just do two, so then the second layer will cover any areas you might have missed with the first layer.

    90nm is for steelies. Not sure what the alloy setting is, but i've always done them to around 100nm.

    Ahh right, how many have you snapped? Get a torque wrench and do them up to around 100nm.

    You need some sort of stud extraction tool. How have you snapped so many? Shouldn't be doing them that tight really.
