Just leave the ring off. Does the horn push in snug OK without the circlip?

What wheel are you using? You want to just use the horn as you have it in the last photo, then push those small spade connectors into the grey plug (black to black, red to red). You dont want the metal earthing ring and should only need the circlip around the horn if its loose in the wheel...

Pretty sure they're legit, they have fantastic part diagrams. Just enter the part number into google and check around prices too. Renaultgenuineparts are often cheap, or ring your local renault parts
