I got my ITB kit from Chris too.

A new cable is about £18 from memory. The guy who had my kit before me had bodged it and I couldn't leave it!

Powdered? I'm assuming you have to take the wheels on and off tyres yourself too?

How much the wheels costing buddy? Powdercoated or painted? My finish from Spit & Polish wasn't 100% either. I'm too picky. Marks on the inside of the rim from the oven stands and random bits of metal pick up.

Unless you're spending over £600 odd (give or take) on coilovers then new cup shocks and springs (or Eibach springs) will be better for the road. Cheap coilovers are just that. Cheap crap. Bilstein are the perfect coilovers to go for if you want it very good on the road and decent enough on...
