I got michellin premacys on my 172 16s n theyre quality, maybe because ive only got a 1.2 16v n not a 172, but they stick pretty well in all weathers!

Drop it 60mm on its C*nt till you can get coilovers!

Load of Pi*h! Get one, wire it to a decent amp and see what happens! Realistically you gotta pay at least £150-200 to get a decent sub alone! Looks about the same quality as that "SPLX" sh*te!

Yeah its already been into renault about two months ago and had the brakes stripped down and they changed the servo, was fine after that. Before they changed the servo it felt as if there wasnt any power in the brakes at all, the pedal would sink straight to the floor.

Get a Clio, 206s suck, kit in the lower models is pretty basic! The 1.1 8v and the 1.4 8v are dire, i can keep up with the 1.4 8v in my 1.2 16v Dynamique and totally smoke the 1.1! :devilish:

Yeah, ma mates got the C2 VTR 1.6 16v, basically the old sax VTS lump slightly de-tuned, for insurance or somethin, but its still pretty quick.

I see what youre sayn _KDF but a decent set of 6x9s can give some good mid-range bass.

I dont have a 172, but i got a 53 plate dynamique, totally changed the ICE in that from standard, got the rear quarter speakers disconnected not replaced coz theyre a big hassle to get to! Got MB Quart 5.25" components set with crossovers, mids in doors and the tweeters in the dash, MB Quart...
