Could be worse, albi blue, white speedlines, red brembos and anthra pack. Yellow belts and yellow Recaros. Eye watteringly bad Foreign guy on here has it.

Insurance will probably be more on the Trophy, tax is the same. Rear seats are smaller but you wouldn't buy one if you needed decent sized rear seats. Better all round car? I'm not sure that's fair.

Short piles cloths ( like swissvax micro etc) are good for wax removal. Fluffy mf's are more for QD's I find. It could be gassing from the wax, 476 is very solvent heavy and can leave marks on the paint as it starts gassing, especially with temperature change. Chilled water can help with...

I'd colour code the rear. Just me. Leave the skirts textured. Paint doesn't work on Golf sideskirts, ED30 and R32 have issues. Does it have an ED30 front splitter? Bumper looks much better than standard.

Lovely Scutch! That's a good buy, kinda sad at the sane time you didn't go for a Juke, they're pretty awesome! Definitely nice buy, the first time I drove one I was shocked just how much they pulled, you can get up to silly speeds quite quickly.

I'm shocked at how much better looking the 8P S3 is. That has no real sportiness about it, they softened the latest design of the range too much. Still not sure why they continue with all the crap matt Silver trims, rear bumper for example.

Buy nice shiny new ones and restore some class if that's what you're aiming for. :)
