mate that looks awesome, but i've still got a soft spot for your cups :)
we need to get together soon, it's been a while.
i drove past you a few weeks back, gave you a wave...not sure if you saw me. you looked like you were driving to work.
hahahaha, just had a quick read through the comments on YouTube...
this one in particular caught my eye...
'dont listen to these arses. i have a complete standard clio 1.2 16v in blue exact same just not modded at all. and its your choice for what u wanna do to it . u like it so f.k all these...
as above...
sounds like your brakes are sticking bud.
this happened to me when there was loads of snow and i hadn't driven for a few days, the brakes seized/iced up.
the 'clunk' noise is the brakes unsticking.
Re: All Racing Inferno 182's on the Forum
not me!
put out a thread to see if anyone has it on here :) its always nice to see where your old cars are, especially the ones you love!
Right ok. This leads me to beleive that there is still an issue with the alarm/immobiliser.
The light flashes both when the car is parked and locked, and also when being driven. I'll probably need to get it checked out, even though the alarm has stopped sounding when I open the doors.
Thanks.
...one quick question.
the red light on the centre console next to the cigarette lighter. is it supposed to flash when driving? it may just be me being paranoid, but i can't remember it doing it before.
cheers
i hope so mate.
i tried everything, so i'm not 100% sure which worked.
all i know is before i tried the last one, the alarm was still going off. and after i'd done it it stopped.
so if it doesn't work for you, try the others too :)
good luck!
right guys, i've got it sorted. i was getting stressed!
for future reference, it seemed that it was this that worked :
thanks a lot for your help! :) hopefully it won't happen again.
cheers for the reply mate, i will give this a go!
the thing that sucks is that i'm at my girlfriends, half an hour away from home and i can't drive the car without the alarm going off haha.
sounds like it could work though...cheers!
Hi.
As above, whenever i physically open a door on my 182, my alarm goes off. It's only just started doing it and I haven't a clue why...
I've searched on here, and can't find an answer.
Basically, I unlock the car, and even if i leave it 10+ seconds and then try open a door, the alarm...
sorry guys, haven't checked this in a while...
so we're still on for Sunday 17th?
oh no! looks like we're going to have to change the time to 12 and have a lie in! :sleepy:
SUITS ME!
i'm only good for the 17th mate. we might aswell make it a date we can get the most people down...how is everyone else fixed? and are we definately set to Sundays? what about Saturday 16th? or arranging the meet for 4pm on the Sunday so Ben can get down...
ahh my bad!
that was the reason i never bought any HID's. looks like i've just sorted my next purchase ;)
apologies for the bullshit i just fed you all.
that was me :)
i saw you too mate, i would have waved but my hands we're frozen onto my steering wheel!
how do you keep your car so clean in this weather? i thought mine was clean...jeeez!
i think i've seen you before on Kirkstall Road a few times...
IIRC don't you have to have the Xenon 'Projector' style headlamps legally to fit a HID kit anyway?
im sure i remember something like that. It would fail the MOT without the Xenon headlamps?
may just be me remembering utter rubbish.
