3M Rotary mate, White or Green Hex, I prefer the Green, just a tad more bite, usually a little refining with 3M Blue after Green Hex for some reason. Some paints are fine.

Simply glass cleaner will be fine mate or a quick detailer. Leave a nice clean finish. Usually drying is enough.

They are both sealants mate. Sadly the American's decided to write polish on the system years ago! Z5 has very mild fillers and you could say is more suited to dark colours. I've always prefered Z2 it's a brilliant product. I wouldn't bother with a hand polish mate. Get something like AF...

It can restore some colour though, my mum's leather couched really good after using he twins but again it gets a lot more use than a car. It's more likely to add to the cracking of leather by trapping dirt and oil etc. If you're regularly cleaning it isn't as big a deal clearly.
