The console is £179.99 The Wii will be mainly aimed at 'silly' games as you put it but still has stuff like Call of duty 3 etc However if thats what you want then get a 360. Plus if you havent pre ordered a Wii I dont fancy your chances of getting one of the shelf before crimbo
