Was the front bolt tight? The centre hole looks slightly elongated. I would say that the sleeve is at fault there and it looks like they could be pressed in a few more mm also. The sleeve giving way is then causing the wear on the bush.

Yeah we think it was the manifold that caused the problem. Of course the car got a lot hotter on the rolling road than it would on an emissions test so it may be different. Bulkhead is the wall between engine bay and cabin, there's sound proofing/heat shield that looks quite flammable

At a rolling road day once we had a Clio catch fire, was the sound proofing on the bulkhead. Put it out with orange juice lol

I bought one last week too. Great bit of kit :) Cant help but think it would be a lot better and feel better in your hands if it was squared like the iPhone 4/4s is. My phone feels a lot more refined when holding it. It does make everything on my phone seem really tiny too lol
