Are those QS lips like tiny little mud guards that sit on the bumper? They can't be too dear surely! I wanted a set of them aswell! Shall price them up!
Spacers are needed with springs. I'm still undecided. It rides so well just now. Stable, flat yet complient over rough terrain, the whole...
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
I like mine naked and i'm not a r****d so can be trusted not to sit it on a bed of carpet tacks.
I'll fire 2 protectors on it.
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
Is the middle part at the back coloured off White or aluminum?
I'll get a White one this time around, got the iPad in White and it's much nicer as is the missus phone in comparison to my Black one.
Cheers Gaz, I understand the hate for the wheels. I'd probably go for some BBS ones if they came up. It's the only ones i'd swap to.
"Aftermarket" wheels really aren't me these days.
Re: iPhone 5 this October??
Imo it will look like this...
It doesn't look all faked and hashed up like most and looks like an Apple design unlike the one above which looks like some Samsung r****d!
I wish the Apple section was locked sometimes...
That there deserves 10 lashes!!! No wonder...
The 3M is and always has been the best one on the market mate. It's not cheap. I think I have a spare one somewhere.
Have a look at most detailers andvtheir machines havevthe 3m one. Still crazy they never took over the 75mm market.
Video is on the first page guys. Working fine for me.
Convertible sucks. I love coupes. Much cooler oh and I have a 4 year old fashion accessory. She wouldn't like the boot.
Flol at £500 for a respray. I could leave everything on the car and not be able to do it RIGHT for that money!
Mental! I'm sure it looks awesome!
To the OP get rid of the car and start again fresh.
Nah not for a spray one like that mate. Get some of these... http://www.i4detailing.co.uk/acatalog/Wax___Sealant_Applictor_Pad.html Simply brilliant for spreading spray sealants then move with an MF. :)
Get the Blue hex pad mate. Great for glazing.
Ah another spin on it! I sees your point. Sadly his mate will be pulling even dirtier birds by actually going out to the pub for a few beers, OP will not be able to afford that.
Lets add the price of the car and upkeep of a ten year old 172... Now who is baller?
But he's not an amazing car. If he was driving a 182 or 172 I could maybe understand but what's the real difference between a nice cheap puddle jumper and a 1.4 Clio? Nothing except pissing insurance money up against the wall.
I just don't see how it makes sense at all.
Well a good thing is to head up the grades. So maybe 1500 then 2000 then 2500 and get some aggressive hand polish or something. Got someone local with a polisher?
It really just depends mate, DA and Rotary work with glazes on the right pad. I love showing people what can be done. Glazes and filling imo are still underrated.
When doing other people cars pure correction is more important obviously but you can't polish a car forever if you know what I mean.
