You could store the numbers in a text or xml file instead I guess if its a simple count, and then just use a basic contact / reply form php to email the info but modify it as above to control the date field based on the numbers stored in the file. file_put_contents('filename.txt', $count)...

I'd think you'd be best to have a simple mySQL database behind it. Could be a simple single table with 3 columns (name, email, dateselected) to store the responses. Have a query in the php for the date drop down that would count responses where dateselected = x and then an if statement to...

Yeah unfortunately that's their cut off date. You can buy a general admission ticket and park in general public parking, but you're no longer able to book a club ticket.

Their ticketing system has always been the biggest ball ache about TRAX. They aren't even posting tickets out it's all self print e-tickets this year, so I've no idea why they stop sales a whole month before the event!

If we can get them for a decent price we will definitely have them at CSF! We had a fairground ride at CSF15 that was just within our budget (dogems were double the price) and very few people used it, but I think dodgems would be well used

We've got the potential for a mobile tyre fitter to be in attendance during the weekend, would people be interested in this? It might be a good chance to replace any track worn tyres or simply to get some new tyres fitted at your leisure while at the event rather than finding time to do it...
