That isn't clipped in properly. Turn the wheels and get a better look. Needs pulling out and the clips bending up over the bracket in the wheel well.

Due next year though, might be worth having everything done whilst you're there or just waiting. Is the pump leaking? It shouldn't be really if it was replaced
