You realy need it pluggin into the Renault computer the coil packs can fail could also be the TDC sensor and the throttle body the last two IMO are the most likly.
£80 I think they are there about the price for a 172. Check though ata dealership prices cahnge a lot.

The sensor is just that though the sensor the loom plugs into it.

The poart alone say £25 at a motor factor then say 1 .5 hours labout to fit or do it yourself and get a garage to press the bearing in for £10.
What happens if i dont replace my worn wheel bearing? Will the wheel come off or just seize...

Recomended oil is either 5-40 or 10-40 few owners know this.
They could have accepted the cost of the filter on themslesv for there mistake depends on the dealership.

Same pads are fine FDB845 you ant from Halfrods £17.99 list price. WHy upgrade just bled the system and fit new diska and pads £50 or so for disk £60 at Halfords then £18 for the pads then ay £10 on decinet fluid bleed it and its back to superb spec.

Its not that overpriced realy epends where it is its not just an oil chnage as you say though.
Dealers charge about £65 ~100 an hour for labour which is about the same rates as many other main dealers.
They have done if garages/dealerships don't take note what can they be expected to do?

Well if there computer said faulty coes on the throttle what do you expect thenm to do? Unless yu'r happy to pay them full rate for a few hours techies works.
You need a computer to plug in idealy a Renault one as that will tell you the exact fault code.

Theres also a lot of garages who's messed them up not using the correct tools on the enginer all of which are goo garages and think they have done one before.
I woulnd't worry to much the dci one is different won't take the same loads but 72k 5 years maximum. Its checp to have done anyway.
It just makes a noise mine has for 30k or so.
To change it you have to get the gearbox off just like a clutch chnage so you might as well change the clutch at the same time doesn't take much longer.
Stock the best forget uprated there wasted.

Maz if hard driven 40~60k as said more foten 100k is a decinet lenght of time.
