Depends how you look at it tbh. Would I want the belt to go on my way home, middle of no where, half way through doing a trackday? Nope. It may last forever or may last a week. But for me it's not worth the risk and utter potential ball ache.

A noisy dephaser doesnt fill me 'they know what their doing' tbh. Hope it goes well and rather than go on about costing etc i think you should do what you feel is best etc. But lol at £230 for swapping the dephaser.
