    Oh, you are wanting to replace them! Haha. Yeah as above really, get some long nose pliers on the back of them and force them off. Should pop out quite easily. New ones just push back in :)

    Uprated engine mounts - worth it?

    I would say that yes they are worth it, although most opinions in here seem to vary. I went from stock mounts to fully uprated ones in one hit, so couldn't tell you how much difference doing just the dog-bone would make. Make the car feel much better IMO, would definitely recommend them :)
