I know exactly what you mean! The bumper on the PH2 hangs lower than on the PH1, making the PH1 look more "squat" as you describe it, so I see where you are coming from there. Styling mismatch I also agree with. PH2 is much more angular than the PH1, and so they do not go together very well...

I think colour coding the mirror baseplates would be a step too far in terms of colour coding. There needs to be something other than silver on the car IMO, but a good idea nonetheless! :)

Another update! Managed to get the Gaz rear shocks refitted today. Feeling much better than the standard rear shocks and the Gaz springs, so happy with that! Found that one of my engine mount bolts was rather loose, making the engine jerk and have more movement than normal. Tightened it back...
