Exactly what I thought. After meeting them in person and asking plenty of questions I was more than reassured about the conversion and the work they do.

It's booked to have the 230bhp kit from engine dynamics on the 12th. Because it's low boost i'm hoping it's still reliable enough to drive as a daily to work which is only a 10 mile round trip. I only say 'hoping' because I was fairly certain it would be until I read this thread. lol.

Thanks mate, this is similar to what i'm experiencing. The car has never felt better since fitting them so i'm leaning towards this being the cause of the noise.

As someone who has booked their car to be turbo'd in 2 weeks time... this thread is giving me mixed emotions.

I always glance at the driver before hand before i'll commit to giving a nod... which either works great or turns into us both having one of those 'what the f**k is he staring at' moments.

Remapping is something I'd leave to a pro. As I understand you get a base map already installed on the ECU however a custom map would be better.

@massivewangers I had them in my old Cup. Give that it already rattled a lot anyway they weren't that bad / different to the standard ones.

I'm in exactly the same boat as you. The only thing i've noticed so far is that the car tramlines a lot more on the motorway and now feels incredibly unstable at 70mph +. I'll probably go for 195's next.

Got the wheels back Yesterday from Lepsons and couldn't be happier with how they look. Fitted them to the car along with some new wheel nuts. Brand new centre caps in! Fresh wheel nuts from Euro Car Parts. Fitted and looking spot on. A few of the splitter as well. Thats all for...
