Thanks. Ive tried backing the phone to icloud a few times, it says completed but then when i look on my computer at work it hasnt worked, no contacts pics etc. Will have a mooch online and see if theres something im not doing

Right what am I doing wrong. First off I'm not on the latest iOS 10. I have set my iCloud account up, backed up my phone, checked on the computer at work and nothing is saved. Checked on the phone and it does say it was backed up. Does it have to be running the latest ios10?

My home wifi is crap so I try to iCloud the phone and it crashes. Is there a none wifi app I can use to transfer my contacts etc and then download on my new phone. Failing that will get my pen out lol. iPhone 5s to iPhone 7 btw Thanjs
