The rear camber front and back should be close together.
Either the rear hub is slightly bent, or you need to pop a camber shim in to level the rear out.

Definatly mate. I have ado8rs and they are great for the miles I do. Tbh a bit over kill as they are more a track focused tyre, yet to get the car on track lol. But yeah decent tyres will be spot on
Also depends if you want a fresh canvas and build your own spec or buy a car that's done. After years with clios I would buy a well maintained one with decent bits done allready imo. But then do you want a car as a daily too as having a stripped out car isn't the best.
