Thanks mate, wasnt sure if it was safe to use a pressure washer but will try it and then spray wd40 all over it, i tried the wd40 vut still wudnt move, disnt leave it to soak in to, hamered the tool and could see it moved round slightly but didnt want to keep hamering it round incase damaged them
