    Power Tool Perverts

Just be careful buying from online, make sure they’re a known reseller (FFX etc) as I saw a vid that Milwaukee updated their warranty terms to say anything coming from Amazon can’t be warranted. I know that’s not eBay but the statement was about resellers and items being bought and resold as...

    Power Tool Perverts

I was going to get the angled grinder but seen and read a fair few negatives on YT vids and comments. My 3/8” Milwaukee stubby impact is pretty good though. Only real negative for me is the flat front is as much of a hindrance as I dreaded. And I don’t like the push button light up bit as I...

Cool stuff. I want one! Hinge looks more expensive than the door.

One of, if not the worst S3 I’ve ever seen

The thing more puzzling to me is the fact that someone could buy it already modified to someone else’s taste like that. It’s one thing for a hideous build to grow like an out of control fake transformer but who is the nutcase that’s buying the out of date, stomach churning style now? Don’t get...

    Cleaning sticky interior trim

The sticky layer is the clear, soft sealing coat. You have the bare plastic, a metallic colour then the top coat (the bit that goes sticky) If you go ham with a scouring pad you’ll take off the colour coat too (I’ve done this with just IPA and a cloth) Some manage to take off the sticky top...

    One hell of a spoiler

Great  It looks a lovely car to be fair. The engine bay, interior and mileage seem great. The spoiler, canards & flaps can go in the skip and it’d be a beautiful little weapon to own I’m sure.

    Clio 172 fuel injectors

Have the stock injectors no extra left to give then? I’d have thought they’d easily have room for another what, 15bhp?

Frayz's Inferno 182 - Back in the old flame

I do like the style of your other wheels but for me the less desirable look (to turini pic) is more down to the fact they’re 15’s and look too small for the car. Think the style would be great in 16’s (but they don’t do them do they?) Or even wonder what anthracite compomotive TH2 in 16’s...

Much better. Best wheel for the clio by a long way.

    Values of Nice Examples increasing

That’d be the car I’d go for, RB and Turinis is the perfect clio.

    Clio 182 Cup Racing Blue

Looks lovely, the Speedlines look great. My ideal clio would be racing blue with anthracite Turinis.

    Another dead clicking clio 172

Check the fuse box in RHS engine compartment. Remove relays and clean up connections, Mine was sat for a while and the relay connections in that fuse box became a bit furred up, main issue being the fuel pump relay was one of them and my car wouldn’t start. Cleaned them all up and fuel pump...

    Misfiring 182

Injectors sound fav for that type of behaviour. They’re so cheap I’d honestly replace them anyway if you’re going through stuff and they’re original. Be circa £33.50 each from Renault parts on eBay.

Petrol blue for sale on Facebook (if anyone is looking for one) NOT Mine

lol, tough day. Does look a shed but guess the colour is matter of opinion (bit like primer grey? Which is ok by me BTW)

    Impreza fans...what's this?

Honestly the bug sti is a good sweet spot. They are marmite looks but I actually love the looks. People prefer the blobeye but I think they look a bit goofy with the bulbous headlights. I wouldn’t say the evos are more pricey percentage wise compared to years past. Maybe you’re thinking of...

    Power Tool Perverts

I know, got me baffled too. Thing is it’s a real hidden away spot too, I always look in there when I’m out the front (hence why I found it) I did think it’d be perfect for homeless chap but like you say, how’s he charging it. Also it’s really clean condition and smells fresh. No greasy marks...

    Power Tool Perverts

Here’s a slightly random one for the Makita Pervs. Just found this under my conifer tree down the side of my house. Heated Makita jacket, with battery. Looks pretty new (not brand new though) Bit odd but I wonder if it’s a homeless person as there’s a little smoothed out area under there...

Not all about the money is it. I could earn a lot more if I was mobile still or doing HGV stuff but life is so much less stressful working in a car workshop. I don’t miss all the driving about either. I’d hate to be doing mobile still now, the roads are just crazy these days.

    Impreza fans...what's this?

Yep, my sti catches me out after weeks of driving my WRX. I’ll be like whoa this thing flies then look down and I’ve still got an 8krpm redline to explore. I often see people saying their WRX is as good with xyz mods but really they’re not.

    Impreza fans...what's this?

Nice car. Had a few type R’s back in the day... white V3, blue v4 (same as this but newer dash) and a grey V5. Prices are getting a bit barmy now but try finding a nice one. I’m keeping hold of my V6 sti (saloon) as long as poss. I got it out last weekend and it’s electric to drive. It’s...

I need that! If only to see my son’s face when he walks in and sees me wearing a full button-up check shirt (with sleeves rolled up) chewing on a wheat stalk, my Jack Russel behind me while playing farming simulator.

    Power Tool Perverts

To be fair the Milwaukee will be ground to non-existence of it goes through what my my snap on guns have. It definitely doesn’t look as solid. My snap on guns have been abused, thrown around, dragged in mud etc for 10 years and they were second hand when I got them. I strip them down now and...

    Power Tool Perverts

Mine will be to work Monday so will be scuffed & covered in crap by the end of the day. The boots are silly money, the gun, 2 bats and charger was only £179. £50 + for a boot is a lot.

I would have done as my snap on one has kept the gun well but there’s None in stock anywhere in the UK it seems.
