I've carried out similar mods except I have a decat and use the std. filter. I'd say go for it. The improvement on mine low down is drastically noticeable. It pulls a lot smoother than before. I think it's probably added about 10-15bhp on my 172, mid range even more. I wasn't that impressed...

Griff, you can damage Li-on batteries. I'm sure you not supposed to fully deplete the battery. Quite how much of a reduction in battery life this has, I don't know. Also using your laptop plugged in to the mains whilst it's fully charged is bad for it. It's reccomended to take the battery out...

I think the best thing about mine is the way it surprises other drivers with the fact it can be quite nippy at times.

Heres my 42" panasonic plasma. IMO from the numerous LCD's I've seen below 32" i'd be looking LCD above that and I'd buy a well setup plasma everytime!
