I would'nt bother, i think these cars are good enough as they are really and you would be furthering the possibility of it breaking all the time!!! Not to mention the time/effort/hassle/money in doing it!!! As said if i wanted a real fast car, id just buy a real fast car.

Is'nt the interior much nicer on the mk2's aswell?? Keep hearing people say the dash is utter shite on here for a start in the mk1's...........I can only rememeber the seats from when i had a ganders at one ages ago, ummmm the blues not really for me!!!

Oh and the performance figures = 7.7 to 60 and a top end between 130-135. Will take you a while with the 1.8 after 90/100 though.

I had the 1.8 16v and then coverted it to the 2.0 16v engine and tbh i didnt fill either up anymore than i do my 182 now really and probably drove them engines harder. I could tell what mpg i was getting on them but to give you an idea im averaging 34.6 in the 182.

My puppies getting 34.6 at the moment. Maybe something due to me only filling with shell optimax/v-power now though. Always filled with super of some kind whether it be Tesco's own 99 or Ultima but i used to get around 32 whilst using these fuels.

I had the force 10's on my old hybrid mate.......I went on what they looke like in a catologue and in the wheel shop (17" version). In all honesty i fuckin despised em, not worth a look if smaller than 17's imo!!!

I like 17's but would never put them on another car of mine due to the performance it throws away!!! Been there done that but depends what you want out of your car!!!
