I'd go plasma for 42", but thats just because at the time of my purchase in my eyes the quality of blacks was far superior on the plasma.
I'm sure they are both very close now, bag of worms on here!
Me personally I'd say slightly over priced but only by a few of hundred.

I've washed my car early in the morning before at about -3. After a few minutes the water around the car had started to freeze and it was like an ice rink. I haven't done it again since, rather it stays dirty.
Knowing roughly what it is, is the problem, even going a few mhz over can cause your card to overheat and cause permanent damage. It's a lot of risk for minimal gains.
60hz is the refresh rate, I think this is what it should be at if your using an LCD monitor.
inlets matched, remap and decat seem to be the usual first mods.
A lot say induction kits don't do much apart from make a nice noise. Fit a panel filter and remove the acoustic valve (theres a guide on here if you search).
RS tuning is good for the remap. Get the remap after all you mods to...
Without knowing what card you have it's difficult to advise. I'd be tempted to leave it as it is though with your track record!
