Thanks for all the nice comments people.
R20 CWH, its currently on 15226 to be precise, think iv stuck 150 on since i picked her up yesterday afternoon ;)
Dannyboy172 i certainly cant mate. :)
Loved my 2 years of hybrid ownership and was sad to see it go a few weeks back, but im now so glad i chopped it in for this.........I cant stop driving her :approve:
Hope you like
Im im not into that either fella but i still like to drive hard on the odd occasion ;)
Best to test drive all of them mate, it costs nothing and you'll have no obligation to buy so you'll be able to find out whats best for you that way.
Leon+revo = rocket in straight line mate and not much else tbf, depends what your after i spose, i personally like the look of the Cupra's over any of the others in the price bracket.
Which did i prefer, spose the answer lies with the one i chose ;)
Evereybody has different likings though...
I test drove a 182 and CTR mate, probably the most linked.
Also could try a Leon Cupra R toO.
As much as the Fiesta ST's look nice and have nice interior i wouldnt link them to the 182 in terms of performance.
2.0 150bhp, 7.4 secs to 60 on paper but i know (as i had a hybrid) they are quicker than that.......Mine with just a filter and piper sytem (no de-cat)was very similar if not a touch quicker than my pals ff 172 mk2.
Book time's generally mean shat all.
imo, you may slate k-tec but a friend of mine doesnt sto whinging about bbpt.
I personally think he's a rate money little funker, probably the same as you with k-tec ;)
Havin said that tho his 5 has caught on fire a good few time's in the last few years so he's probs got reason Lol
Imo tho mate, what parkers say means sweet fa.
Look at the book times the williams were given, we all know them cars are faster than any other clio ever made ;)
Rekon you should book a test drive for both personally mate and then choose.
I did and im picking my 182 up tommorow. The things the CTR had over the clio were the supposedly indestructable engine, comfortable seats, nice gearbox and how the solid build.
182 was just as quick, felt more...
Lol, im with you mate, iv heard they get god at 20k, its also been said at 30k.
Also heard people on here saying if they are ragged from birth, it opens them up but then they dont last as long without probs. :s
Confusing stuff.....
