People on AVforums have been using the Ikea Persby shelf (for 48") or the Lack shelf for the bigger ones to raise them for fitting sound bars if that helps.
You don't have to have the volume up to the max for either type of setup. A proper 5.1, 7.1, atmos setup will always blow any sound bar setup out of the water at any volume level.

There was only 1 version available at the time and it cost about £100 then but it looks more like the expensive one out of those. I only bought it at the time for MOT's but it made such little difference I ended up leaving it on.
There's nothing wrong with these cats2u ones. I've been running one for 8 years now with no issues what so ever. Also didn't notice any difference to power when I went from a decat to this and works fine with my cams and mapping....(y)
