A friend has one, I don't know how it's done but i have seen him run speed tests and a number of times it's come back at 20Mb+, even as high as 22Mb.
He's always the host on Cod4 online as there's very very rarely anyone with a faster/more reliable connection.

TBH Mate Dongle Internet is pretty piss poor unless its unlimited!
Sky do an unlimited package for about £10 - £15 with a wireless router which runs through your BT phoneline.
Mobile Tinters are always a bit of a risk mate!
The shops they tint in are usually extremely Dust Free! I know pentagon auto tint in birmingham was!
If you get dust under the tints it can look terrible! Just something to keep in mind!

I believe there is a test where-by if a set amount of light cam pass through the tint they are deemed legal.

Try to hunt down a carbon fibre diamond, would suit it to a tee if you're adding a CF Splitter.
