Wasnt keen on the CAT version my cos (JONGSR4) had (L reg) - wasnt much quicker than his pervious 1.6 (F reg). I also found the gears a little long.

No for me. Although Ive never had a problem with my 172 Cup. I wouldnt want another Renault - Shock stories about all youre 182s in and out the dealers all the time! Put me right off them!

Isnt the Clios sat nav like really out of date compared to things like the Tom Tom and Copliot?

I find stage 2 gives better results than Autoglym S/R on my mondial blue but of my friends grey A3 S/R gives the better results.

Im always worried that renault will take out the ITG and throw it in the bin when they service the car! Im only taking my Cup to Renault once this November because of the warrenty but I get my uncle to do everything else. Oil changes,etc

Sadly many Saxos are modern novas as you put it. The VTS is one of the most underated cars ever made! How many chavs do you see driving real VTSs? not many ill wager! Most are Furios or VTRs. Smaller engined Clios also have that Chav imagine now! There are loads of 1.2s with crap bodykits and...

Id have a VTS back like a shot if they werent tin cans. Gotta love the MK2 Clios is that respect. You not gonna gain much at all buying a 182 over youre VTS - only the toys and slightly better perforamce. Why not get something older and better for around the same money? Its nice picking...

What do you guys do for insurance out of interest? Tell youre current company and pay the extra? or take out special insurance for the day?
