Is it possible to leave the plastic covers off of the lights and make individual covers for each bulb? Kind of light morrettes.

I'd say nay, go for single or twin 3" round pipe, then have it cut into the bumper. It will look more 'of' the car rather than something just slapped on.

Have you checked the fuse holder, my amp was having intermitent power outages due to the holder being crap, a bit of duck tape sorted it:)

Right gotcha Dan, to me it looks like the part they are bolted to atm looks like it would be a little flimsy under some force, unless theres a few bits reinforcing it i can't see?

Would the harnesses be better strapped to the rear brace?

The grill looks good with the carbon bonnet, just like k-tecs demo car iirc.

Yeh they are the same apart from the finish, 172 is leather/suede and the 1.2 16v like mine has the cloth version.

Definately get dual optic headlights, will make a real difference, and maybe some seats from the 1.2 16v (same as the 172)

Mine took bout 4 hours iirc, at least thats what they charged me in labour.

Cost me £150 fromthe fiesta centre (mild steel), had to cut a bit of the old exhaust to make a bigger extender pipe and grind down the hangers but other than that no problem. This is mine... Ideally it wants to be 30mm lower(at least) but i'll be getting something else within the next couple...

If you're into big lairy bodykits then prepare for some abuse. Otherwise basic things like colour coding is your best bet(handles, trim, spoiler). Yours is the same as mine, what colour you got? I put on an Ashley cat back exhasut with 2 3" pipes, not to loud, bit sporty. p.s also have 16" 182...

Yep all of my bulbs were fully e-marked so uk legal,make sure you buy the correct bulbs, as the seller is also doing 100watt bulbs which are illegal. My camera ain't so good for shots with the lights on:( , doa pic request loads off people should have pics.
