It will fit, get some rubber resizers from halfords if you get stuck. Double check that your exhaust is all tight, with you thrashing it itmay have worked itself loose, happened to me before and it was a rough stink.
Yeh i got that a bit, leave it idleing for a while just to adjust itself, if it still persists and you plan on getting a full exhaust system to then book it in to get remapped for the new parts.
Your probably having driver issues with sound/video due to vista,find out what parts you have and then download the latest drivers for them. I would suggest using a vga-dvi adaptor for your projector, that way its still going through vga and you wont have any issues recognising it.

Whilst removing my back box last weekend i noticed how easy it would be to run a 45degree pipe to the side of my car making it side exit. 1stly would this be road/mot legal(no backbox or baffle) and 2ndly any pics, especially on clios.

My clio is cat d, gotta have it removed from the register though. I saw the pics of the accident and i cannot see how it was classed as d, a crack in the bumper and a smashed light was all. Although the respray on the rear quarter wasn't the best job i must say.
