    Little turbo for the megane

Are they the same thread diameter to the standard main bolts then? Or have they been time serted to a bigger size?

    K20 Supercharged DC2

Any YouTube links? Looks a real tidy bit of kit that! Prefer the round headlamp version though looks wise.

    Little turbo for the megane

RSTuning are they high tensile cap head bolts for the main caps? If so what grade? 10.9 12.9?

    Toastfrenzy's Tin Top, some say...........

I'm not sure what offset the f1's are so I'll take your word for it, but ET43 with a 15mm spacer is fine. Just as well eh! Lol

    Recaro Subframes and Pole Postions.

This is what I'm on about for reference: http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/motorsport/seat-mounting-frames-universal/race-safety-accessories-subframe-mounting-kit

    Recaro Subframes and Pole Postions.

Afraid not but I could take some. You just remove the original seat mounts and weld in the seat rail kit. They're about £40 per seat kit from Tweeks. You can mount your seat as low as you like then. I think James (BIGASH) runs the same tubes in his car as well, so you could have a look in his...

If it's ET 35 your possibly better off with 10mm spacers then Pete, but give it a go on the 15mm spacers and report back.

    Recaro Subframes and Pole Postions.

Would it not be worth welding in seat tubes? I use the pole positions and recaro side mounts along with the recaro universal sliders.

What's your wheel offset pete? The pins fit between the hub and the wishbone and give a greater amount of correction.

    172/182 Bonnet weight?

Quadcopter next on your private estate! ;) Lol

    172/182 Bonnet weight?

Yeah as dan says. I just did away with all of it and retained the edges where the 2 panels are joined together to keep a modicum of strength.

    172/182 Bonnet weight?

It does flap about a bit but nothing horrendous. You can just about see it in my 'ring lap video mate. It's also speed tested up to 140+mph and it's not distorted it or flown off, so happy days! BIGASH and not normal dan will confirm how ridiculous my bonnet is!

On the hunt for a clio r3 exhaust manifold

They were 'sourced' shall we say! The maxi engines are just cams, pistons, heat treated rods and a fancy exhaust system and manifold. The cams have no advance needed mate. They go in on the standard marks. Maxi evo however - now that's a different ball game. That's the R3 engine that had bespoke...

    172/182 Bonnet weight?

If you remove the entire inner skin you can get them down to around 6.5kg. That's what I did with mine.

On the hunt for a clio r3 exhaust manifold

I've got maxi engine components. ;) The real deal as well. Funny what you collect as time goes by isn't it! Lol

    172 Cup Track/Fast Road car.

No mate, but he's buying some stuff off me and he has been looking for a good solid car for a while, so yours clearly ticked the right boxes.

    Toastfrenzy's Tin Top, some say...........

I'm trying out some 50mm corrector pins in mine soon. Just the steering arm correction to do, but I'm tempted to leave it at the current ride height and just use the pins to gain more RC correction.

    172 Cup Track/Fast Road car.

No mate not at all! The new owners got himself a good car. I'd sell mine as is with a full spares package including engine, box, wheels and 888's, 2 lots of suspension and the R3 kit for 7.5k! Sadly I don't think I'd get any takers Morgan! Lol

    F4R Race-Engine for 172Cup

Are you restricted to the original inlet? Does it have to be single throttle body? There are a few good options open to you if you are.

    Clio 172 phase 1 turbo

After seeing the size of the Williams/16valver hubs I don't blame you tbh mate. They're tiny in comparison, as I'm sure you are aware!

    Clio 172 phase 1 turbo

Ah fair enough. We did a pair of Williams hubs in the group buy as well funnily enough.

    Toastfrenzy's Tin Top, some say...........

Pete - bin off the 25mm spacers and replace them with either 10 or 15mm spacers at a push. The 25mm ones will ruin your scrub radius and you won't get the full benefit of the hubs. Remember the new bottom ball joint holders push the wheel out 5mm over standard and the cup is already widetrack...

    suspension tuning

10 out of 10 for enthusiasm there mate! Lol! All I will say is sometimes you can look into things too deep and not actually gain anything as the end result. Trust me, I've spent a lot of time calculating things and pretty much just added confusion to myself along the way! Lol! The other enemy is...
