Hi welcome to the club :D Where you from?

Ive got a Tomtom One (the older one) and it works fine through the windscreen never had any problems at all.

My tomtom works fine in my car and i have the purpley coloured windscreen (light sensor and rain sensor)

I used to get about 30 mpg perhaps 35 at a push in my 1.2 (had some s**t ecotek valve on it though) I get 35 mpg in my 2.0! How stupid is that lol

Imo if something is too good to be true it usually is!

Just pull the plastic bit off inside and there will be 3 screws iirc. Unlug the plug (if their is one) and the mirror will come off .

Yep they are pure shite. i had one on my 1.2 (i didnt fit it btw it came with the car) and now i have a 2.0 litre engine(no ecotek valve) the mpg is better on this than the 1.2 was.

It looks expensively done but looks gash.

If it was me mate i wouldnt risk it then. I mean a clio V6 is a fairly rare car and gets looks wherever it goes. If someone was going to damage a car they would probably pick the nicest and the one that stood out the most ie Clio V6 or the TT. Its your choice at the end of the day though......

Strange question but what other cars are their on your street? If theyre old bangers or just mondeo's then i wouldnt park the vee on the street whereas if their are other nice cars about it wouldnt stick out as much? You get what im trying to say>?
