Not jumping on the cup bandwagon. But....my cup with exhaust/breather mods beat a standard ST by a second at a 1/4 mile day.
I know standard Vs Modified is not a fair comparison but his best time on the day was 15.2 mine was 14.1.
I appretiate they are nice/capable cars. Just my experience.
Nice pics Geddes! Here's a few of mine that turned out "ok".
It was a good little meet for a last minute thing. Nice meeting you all and the banter was good. Not so sure about the food though Pete:dapprove:
Definately picked the right day. Loads of snow down here today. I look forward to the...

I think its crazy how people who smoke won't smoke in their cars. Your basically saying your car is more important than your lungs and general health:S
Not been on track yet. But did 3 1/4 mile events at york this year.
Definately gonna be doing some trackdays next year though.
I'll be starting off at Croft with it being local. You gonna get the 200 on track Tom?
Cheers Hutchie:o I'll be in touch soon, she's approaching 60k
@Tigger; I just used a selection of little paint brushes and some little wire brush bits for my die grinder.
Cheers fella yeah it sure does, I was surprised. I'll give you a ring this week Pete as I could do with a borrow of your C spanner before the snow sets it.
Do you mean mask the bolts from the paint? If so then no I didn't and wouldn't recommend it, theres no need.
Theres nothing to worry about at all aslong as you mask all the inlets, breathers and sensors up thoroughly and engine bay of course.
I have more pictures. If you like I can email you them?
Thanks, yeah I was inspired (copied) by yours and Markus';)
AHH!! that will be it. Thanks for the input Danny that puts my mind at rest. I won't steam it again:o
Cheers, yeah it an easy way of painting it without removing it. Well pleased with the results. I just used Silver VHT rattle can...
I'm not overly worried. I made sure all open cavities were sealed and blew all the debry out with compressed air.
Just thought someone may know why they are like that.
cheers for the comments:cool:
