not a ren mechanic but it could possibly be your offside wheel bearing. i was getting a knocking sound and it was my bearing, if not it could be the driveshafts. reno will skank you! is the car still under warranty?

cant you go to a powerflow outlet. i thought they make almost any system for almost any car (not sure about manifold though)

dogbone is the gearbox mount, cost me £30, the steering gaiters were £6 for 2. not sure about engine mount or brake line though, id say they were trying to skank you!

how much did all the parts from reno cost mate? where the hell can i find crashed cars to source parts. ive been to a scrappy near me but they only ever have sh*tters like nova srs! where do they take all the insurance write offs?

i want to get a billabong and have 172 bumpers put on it. apparently you can do any body mods to a new reno but not engine mods. would this include a backbox cuz i dont want my car to sound non-existent!

whoever owns this car (page 3 in the 172 gallery) was it hard to hook up your exhaust system because it looks mint! also, i want to fit the 172 bumpers to a billabong but do i need any other panels, eg front wings? cheers lads

would it be possible for me 2 get mk2 phase 1 172 front seats into my 1993 rt? i reckon they would look the b****cks but how hard would it be(im guessin id need 2 make custom brackets.

ive got the same problem. new pads and discs about 5 months ago so they would have bedded in by now. i had them stripped down, cleaned and greased but still squeak. its only started about 1 week ago. there dont seem to be a lot of metal from the caliper touching the pad on mine.

1) My brakes are squeaking really badly at the minute. i took the car for a free brake check and they said everythin needed cleaning etc. Parted with £25 as i didnt have time to do it myself but they still squeak. i took it back to the place and they stripped it down, cleaned everything again...

my uncle is livin in america and hes plannin to send me over his audiobahn subs and amp and a panasonic headunit. The only thing is will it all work on a uk car? im pretty sure it is universal but need to double check before i hand him the cash. cheers peeps
