It is a shame because they seem a damn good bit of kit from the ones i've seen on about 4 cars now, but for me it was too big a risk. I don't understand how businesses like this can keep going with such shoddy customer service!
That is really handy to have Rhys as setup is never perfect so...
The car looks great Mark (Pre spin) Looks like a nice setup that Bubble and kick have!
I got towed sideways the other day at Brands and luckily it hasn't damaged the bumper after seeing you photos though i'm going to cut the little upright from the left hand side of my tow point! This is where...
Can map out the flatspot from just a cat back but the only way to get rid of the flatspot from a de-cat is to run aftermarket management or so i've been told!
The whole reason I didn't go with them unfortunately. I really wanted to get them but if they couldn't answer the phone to me for weeks I could foresee the issues we would have when I need replacement parts in between races etc. I can't comment unfortunately on what the KW custom spec that we...
I'm sure when my 197 was mapped the limiter was raised by a few hundred rpm, it then had 30,000 hard miles so can't be too bad. Probably worth doing ARP bolts if your going to give it some abuse as from what i've been told the standards are the weak link at high RPM
As above I would go with a specialist just for the piece of mind! 519 have a great reputation and Kent to Bedford isn't too far for a once in 5 year job :)
Yes got all of the bearing kits on the front and they are great! What are your plans for the car though as rose joints dont take well to dirt and road use so more designed to be race/track only car :) Rally cars that use them normally have covers over them to prevent them from getting ruined and...
Sounds good, well as said if you need any help or advice you know where I am :)
Perfect nice one mate :)! I think signing on will be 8.45 so will be there from then until end of the day but when the timetable is released I will post it up in my thread!
Ahh that sounds good then Rhys :) Yes TIG is the best way to do it and it will look the nuts! Haha lol! Have you got a completion date planned or just take as long as it takes?
No I was there last Tuesday and i'm there on Monday the 7th May for the first race you should come down as it would be...
Wow sounds like great plans mate :) the car looks like a great base to start from. I will look forward to seeing the updates! I hope you have a good friend who can TIG weld the cage otherwise that is going to be an expensive job ;) I would have a chat with TDF/Roll centre about a cage as it...
Haha we should :) I counted 4 but thats going to be epic with 6! Well if anyone needs any of the limited spare parts we are taking then you know where I am!
Re: James/BigAsh 182 Race Car by TDF... It doesn't get much better than this! *Pic He
Haha.. Yep that's all that matters as long as it works :) Think the MG's are racing during the weekend so I was planning on popping in and watching some of the racing!
Thanks for that Tony :) Would be great...

No worries well I am going to head down on the Sunday and hadn't even thought of camping really, do they allow you to camp at Brands? I was going to stay in the premier inn that I did the other day. I'm going...

Me too, so excited :) Are you just driving to circuit on the Monday morning?
That's a shame, I was the same and couldn't wait to get it home.. gave it a good clean on Wednesday and now away again, i'm only...
Change of plan Lewis :) If your still looking a for a seat then I will sell you mine! I *think* I have recaro side mounts for it still at Matt's but not 100% sure. Let me know if you want it although I don't have a clue what its worth :( Thanks

Yes hopefully :)! Haha I highly doubt it judging by my recent luck but I will keep my fingers crossed :D

Thanks everyone for all the comments :) Multi quote crazy time :D
I'm not sure what make it is but it's a higher capacity to stop the PAS from boiling, Matt sells them and I think they are circa £130. The...
