yup it was great! Thanks to Renault and Jeremy! The Pit lane girls were a bit disapointing! but the racing was great especially the BTCC! And i counted 3 CTR engine failures (whats happend to the reliability?)

they did have 85 bhp the GTIs had a little more but not 110 unless moded! Finding a good healthy one will be harder especially an unmodified one! GTis have the 4 stud! and the build quality is naff ive been in 4 different ones and they all are rattly but then its an old car!

my mate has one (gti that is) and its a fair motor for a first car pretty simple! one thing to wory about tho is its made of paper (thats how its as fast as it is) and even small acidents and itll be a mess Rattles like buggery (well its french)

yea if u look at the cable connection on the T/B in the engine u can see how it works (in the 16v/willy)

mine never gets to 100 degs gets close after a long thrash bet usualy arround 80 degs! using 0W40 Castrol RS Has been a touch higher in the current weather tho!

nope there all heavy! although when my clutch gave in it got menatly heavy and started to hurt if i got stuck in a bit of trafic for a while! now got new grp N clutch and its back to normal (still heavy) and dont notice it!
