nicks idea is good but be careful some high power amps need a lot of breathing and air circulation. could overheat when enclosed.

u can get a magnet amp 4x150watt for about £130 get any decent speakers ya fancy and ya laughing. its right that theres no point running a sub with 6x9s unless u set the 6x9s on high pass only treble and midrange and let the sub do the bass still. ive done this as 6x9s are still a lot louder...

my mate done it. its basically bought from stereo shops in a roll and u lay it over ya shelf so it looks flat and staple it underneath i believe. looks good too

tou bass is probably crap because the head unit isnt powering the speakers enough. this is usually the case not the way everyone else thinks that it over powers them. get uprated speakers still but amp em if u want quality.

long as uve got pre-outs at the back. if not u have to convert the normal speaker cables. not too hard to do though just takes longer.
