    Diesel Servicing Requirements

Saving £100 on a service and having no legs to stand on when you're left with a £10k garden ornament that doesn't work...? There's no point servicing earlier than the required intervals either. Wimmin logic at its best there. The manual won't be vague.. They will be set out as miles or...

    172 Wheels on 182..

    Serious ?! It'd look like a 172 from the front/sides and a 182 from the rear. HTH.

    Diesel Servicing Requirements

Doesn't actually answer any of the above questions, but I guess that means it's about 6 months old ? Going to be voiding warranties servicing an almost brand new car like that yourself, surely...

17s !? F**kabout. The mk3 is not a slim beast, eh. Needs much higher profile tyres and spacers and lowz to entertain pulling that look off :quiet: LOL @ edit. Clownshoe

Sorry in advance for sounding like a clunge but.... RTFM. Mk4 Clio ? Not yet. Fuel filter's last a lot longer than 23,000 miles.

    Ice Cream Sandwich.

I've gone from £20 a month to £14 a month for no phone.. upgrade would have been £36 a month + £99 min for the iPhone with tMob. I'm £200 up without selling my old Desire. Yes it's an outlay now, but I'll have forgotten about that next month :D Just do it !

    Osram night breakers

I've never had any NBs blow in any of my cars. I run with my lights on all the time. Maybe you had a dodgy batch or some dodgy wiring. The Halfords 50% ones I had in my Clio before went on the same side regularly. I blamed the car TBH ! NBs are great, cheap, and very bright.

No display will work with any HU. CD changer - Depends on the unit but what's the point of a changer if an MP3 CD can hold 10+ albums (depending on bit rate) ?! PM MT AUDIO for a patch lead once you've got a new HU.

    Removing the front end

Blah blah blah.... It's still the same logical processes. If you can't take a bumper off a French girl's car, you really shouldn't be trusted with things that FLY. :quiet: Wimmin.... :o

    SCAMMER TO WATCH OUT FOR

If you don't check ACTUAL PayPal via your own link/browser, then you've been outsmarted by someone who has to resort to outsmarting stupid people to make a living. Probably not something to pop on your CV...

    Removing the front end

You're an engineer, right ? Undo the fixings that hold everything on :rasp: The bonnet should be uber obvious once you open it. :S I'd guess at arch liners out, wings unbolt at the top (you'll have already observed this, being an engineer) and I think they pop or bolt into the lower...

    brake upgrades for 1.2 16v?

Bled/refreshed the fluid at any point in the last 100,000 miles ?! You might have a sticky caliper which is slowly warming the system up. Check all possibilities before you go spending a fortune on 'track' parts only to find they're written off in a weeks time as there's an underlying...
