yeah other ways replace psu, new motherboard and seperate sound card

at last i finally managed to understand that post !!!

basically id imagine the sound card is built into the motherboard ?? it just electrical noise badly built pc with cheap components most probably dell or hp lol

id go 4 gig then use xp64
