remember that road tax is going up on them too, I wouldn't dream of paying more than £1k to insure a 1*2, you can buy a minter for 4-5k these days!
My 182 was costing me £480 to insure when I sold it.
From what I hear, ProE is quite fussy when it comes to assemblies and constraints in general, takes a bit of getting used to but when you get the hang of it it's better than a lot of other packages in that you MUST constrain the parts properly.
