I had something similar on a file server before. I tracked it down to the link speed on the network card.

the library doesn't need to be on the local computer.
Since spotify went tits up I've got my whole itunes library online and both itunes on my work computer and home computer look there for the library files.
If i set it to shuffle at work, my computer at home sets to shuffle too <3
Copy the music to an external HDD, then copy the Itunes library files iTunes Library.itl and iTunes Music Library.xml then hold shift while opening iTunes and point it to the Itunes library file.

Yeah the 30 minutes run time is your problem. The one you posted will give you enough to save documents then power down safely. Powering 1 monitor and one base unit you will be lucky to see over 4 minutes with it.

Only problem I can see with dropbox is that if you're on site, and someone else opens the file to work on it then you're going to have 2 files. Cause with dropbox you can still get stuff while you're offline.
