nah the only way you can do it really... is by buying a set of springs and using them on the original shocks. and as was said above you lower the torsion bar accordingly to make the back the same height.
ill be lowering mine 55mm, so i bought a suspension kit including shocks... so i dont end...
when i was watching as the guy checked what part to order, he too off the back wheel, then took off a big circular plate and there was the part in question i assume...
i have no idea.. something to do with the brakes/handbrake.
the problem it was having was the handbrake only seemed to work on one side. when that was fixed it just gave way again. and the brakes are generally poor.
beats me im still learning.

16s will rub ive been told. and on a drop like that you wont get full lock on unless you have 16v wings...
ill be having 15s on 55mm and it should be fine.
is it the suspension your ordering or the wheels?
hes just looking into engine conversions just now, but apparently over on UKFN the best one for fiestas is a puma one.

im needing a headunit that works like this one. you just plug in the ipod and you can change tracks from the unit. for 150 or less.
